SEEPEX Donates €1,500 to the Bottrop Forest Education Center
At SEEPEX, Earth Day wasn’t just a date on the calendar—it was a chance to put our commitment to sustainability into practice. Under the theme "Reuse", our team organized a special charity flea market where pre-loved items found new homes—and supported a great cause along the way.
"Buy used, give things a second life, cycle up."
This was the guiding message behind the event, and the response was fantastic: employees raised €700, which SEEPEX proudly topped up to a total of €1,500.
Our Managing Director Johanna Aaltonen personally handed over the donation to the Bottrop Forest Education Center, a local organization dedicated to environmental education, reforestation, and forest conservation—causes that align closely with our values as a company.
With this donation, we’re helping support hands-on learning experiences about nature and sustainability for young people in our region. And we’re proving that small actions—like reusing items instead of discarding them—can have a lasting impact.
A big thank-you to all the colleagues who participated, donated, or stopped by the market. Together, we’ve made a meaningful contribution to both our planet and future generations.
