Investment in the Bottrop Site: New Peeling Machine
We are pleased to announce the delivery of a state-of-the-art peeling machine from the Austrian manufacturer Weingärtner to our Bottrop plant. This specialized machine will be used in the production of our rotors and replaces a system that has been reliably in operation since 1989.
The dimensions and transport were impressive:
- Special transport on 2 trucks
- Transport weight over 40 tons
- Total length 14,000 mm
- Maximum machining length 6,000 mm
The new machine is equipped with the latest CNC control system. Our employees will receive targeted training to fully leverage the machine’s potential. With this investment, we expect significant improvements in productivity, quality, and energy efficiency.
